What data we process

The data you enter in the form (first name, surname or company name, e-mail, telephone, province, vehicle preferences) and the documents you upload to the reserved area to process the rental application.

Why we process it

To respond to your request, prepare the quote and follow the application with the rental companies (legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject). Only if you have chosen so, to send you rental and finance offers (legal basis: consent, revocable at any time).

Who we share it with

The network consultant handling your request and the rental company chosen for assessment. The data is not disclosed.

How long for

Requests that do not become applications are kept for 24 months. Application data is kept for the periods required by civil and tax law.

Cookies

The site uses a single technical session cookie, necessary for access to the reserved area, which is deleted when the browser is closed or after 4 hours of inactivity. We do not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics tools. Fonts and images are hosted on our servers: browsing does not transmit data to external services.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to the controller. You can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
